During the treatment:

You will sit you on the HIPEX chair fully clothed. It is important that you can sit straight upright for the duration of the treatment to ensure that the equipment is aligned for optimum results. Your progress and comfort will be consistently monitored throughout the procedure, and you should never feel pain with this procedure.

The HIPEX will stimulate muscles at a much higher intensity than during regular Kegel exercises. During a Kegel workout, you are likely to only use 30% of the muscle whereas the CM Slim will use 100% of the muscle every time. Following your initial block of 6 sessions, your pelvic strength can be maintained with as little or as many treatments as you need.
