Please note- A 50% deposit is required on any treatments for 2 hours or more to secure the booking.
Deposit is non refundable if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. We require 24 hours cancellation notice or 50% of treatment will be payable.
Patch tests are required for some treatments. We have a strict policy where a patch test is to be completed prior to the treatment otherwise we are unable to do your treatment.
Please note that gift vouchers bought can’t be used against any aesthetic treatments with our doctor.
Any courses purchased are valid for one year only. After this time, the course will not be refunded or transferred.
